-You may choose to subscribe to our Updates mailing list, we will send you the requested newsletter from time to time. Subscription to this service is optional and free.
-You may unsubscribe at any time.

Price Policy
-IC MEMORY reserves the right to change product information or pricing without notice.
-Our low prices do not allow us to extend account terms.
-Please note that all orders require prepayment and/or C.O.D. shipments.
-On larger C.O.D. orders, we may require an advance deposit prior to shipment.
-A Bank-to-Bank transfer can be arranged to meet your needs for rush shipments.
-All orders are subject to approval by our office.

Duration of Warranty
-A lifetime warranty for all IC Memory modules on manufacturers defects unless otherwise noted.

Warranty
 -IC Memory will not accept or replace any modified or damaged goods caused by misuse, improper handling, impact or neglect.
-All warranties begin from the date of IC Memory’s invoice. If you don’t have IC Memory‘s Invoice, please contact your supplier or reseller.
-If for any reason you find IC Memory modules unsuitable, you have (3 days to inform us and 7 days for a refund* or exchange* from the date of Invoice.

Disclaimers
-In no event will IC Memory be liable to the purchaser or to the user of the IC Memory modules for any damages, expenses, lost saving, lost profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or inability to use the IC Memory modules, even if IC Memory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

-Our firm does not share your information with any third parties and is committed to protecting your rights as a consumer.

-We delivery by Canada post (C.O.D.) or UPS (C.O.D.).
-Canada post and UPS feature fast, reliable delivery to every address in Canada.
-Canada post / UPS deliver the C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) package and collects from the consignee the amount shown on the C.O.D. label.
